Morocco Motorcycle Adventure – Marrakech, Dades & Desert

An exciting motorcycle tour through the heart of Morocco: from the vibrant city of Marrakech to the spectacular gorges of Dades and Todra, and into the Sahara Desert with the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi.
A journey combining breathtaking landscapes, authentic Berber villages, oases, UNESCO kasbahs, and unforgettable off-road adventures.

Day 1 – Airport → Marrakech

Arrival at Marrakech airport, meet our staff and transfer to the riad. Free afternoon to explore the medina and souks independently. Dinner on your own and overnight stay in riad.

Day 2 – Marrakech → Ouarzazate → Rose Valley → Dades Valley

Departure at 8:30 from the riad. We cross the High Atlas Mountains and the Tizi n’Tichka pass with panoramic stops. Visit an argan oil cooperative and Ait Ben Haddou kasbah (UNESCO site). After lunch, continue to Ouarzazate, then to the Rose Valley, and finally arrive in the Dades Valley. Dinner and overnight in riad.

Day 3 – Dades Valley → Agoudal → Todra Gorge → Erfoud

Ride through the dramatic Dades Gorge with its winding switchbacks and red cliffs. Pass Berber villages and cross to Agoudal (2,300 m). Continue towards the famous Todra Gorge, a natural corridor with 300-meter-high cliffs. Lunch en route, then onward to Erfoud. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

Day 4 – Erfoud → Tissardmine & surroundings

Discover the oasis of Hassi Labied, the village of Khamlia, the Mifis mines, nomadic tents, and the oasis of Tissardmine with fossil-rich rocks. Return to the riad with the chance to climb the dunes at sunset. Dinner and overnight in riad.

Day 5 – Erg Chebbi (free day)

Free time to explore the dunes, visit Rissani’s market, or relax in a hammam. Optional activities available: quad biking, sandboarding, or camel trekking. Dinner and overnight in riad.

Day 6 – Desert → Alnif → Nekob → Draa Valley → Zagora → Mhamid

Visit Rissani souk, then ride through pre-desert landscapes to the Draa Valley. Lunch with panoramic views, then continue to Zagora and Mhamid. Dinner and overnight in auberge.

Day 7 – Mhamid → Tamgroute → Ait Ben Haddou

Breakfast and optional off-road excursion around Mhamid. Visit Tamgroute with the Zaouia Naciria and its 17th-century library housing 4,000 medieval manuscripts. In the afternoon, ride to Ait Ben Haddou. Dinner and overnight in auberge.

Day 8 – Ait Ben Haddou → Marrakech → Airport

Return ride to Marrakech with scenic stops in the High Atlas. Arrival, motorcycle drop-off, and transfer to the airport. End of services.
